I needed a surge of energy and fruit to get me going. That’s when I decided to make this smoothie.

Berry Explosion Smoothie:

  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
  • Handful of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp of Almond Butter
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 2 Frozen Mangos Chunks

Blend, blend, blend!

Then, drink up!
