Recipe: Acai Bowl – Coconut Blueberry

Acai is the newest healthy food fads. It’s so yummy! Originally from Brazil, Acai is a fruit which amazing benefits.

This recipe features a tropical coconut vibe in both the shredded coconut topping the coconut mixture in the base.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 packet of acai
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 Coconut Milk
  • Shredded coconut
  • Blueberries
  • Granola

Directions:

  1. Blend acai packet with banana and coconut milk
  2. Pour into bowl
  3. Add granola, coconut and blueberries
  4. Enjoy!
