Before you can even try to be positive or be happy or accomplish anything, you have to BELIEVE you can. Even if you don’t think you can, you have to SAY it. Then, you have to WANT to. Trick your mind into believing you can and being confident. Then, become confident and take a step forward. You can do it.
Look at it this way: If you don’t think so and you don’t try, what’s the worse thing? You’re in the same spot you’re in.
But if you try, even a tiny amount, you’ll be one tiny step ahead of where you are.
So, let go of being unhappy, upset, frustrated and just do it.
