Recipe: Acai Bowl – Peanut Butter Delight

Acai is the newest healthy food fads. It’s so yummy! Originally from Brazil, Acai is a fruit which amazing benefits.

This recipe features a combo of peanut butter and blackberries!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 packet of acai
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 Almond Milk
  • Shredded coconut
  • Blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

 

Directions:

  1. Blend acai packet with banana and almond milk
  2. Pour into bowl
  3. Add peanut butter, coconut and blackberries
  4. Enjoy!
