Mornings, especially days you need a little more of a filling breakfast, this is the perfect meal.
Basically, it’s veggies (tomatoes, onions, jalapeños), diced potatoes, avocados, and eggs over easy. Some spices like salt, pepper, cilantro, garlic and cumin take it to the next level.
